Couples Counseling

Couples therapy is dedicated time and space to improve your partnership. Couples counseling isn’t about assigning blame or deciding who is “right.” It’s about helping both partners feel seen, understood, and respected, while working toward solutions that strengthen the relationship.

Couples therapy can teach you how to communicate feelings and needs, provide tools for increasing connection, and improve interactions. Whether you’re facing frequent disagreements, communication breakdowns, or a sense that you’re drifting apart, therapy can help you reconnect and move forward with greater clarity and trust.

What is couples counseling?

I work with couples who feel stuck in repeating arguments, struggling with communication, or are wanting to improve overall connection and intimacy. During sessions, you can explore the dynamics of your relationship, as well as individual factors that contribute to your partnership. Together, we evaluate patterns that keep you feeling unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected.

Through guided conversations and practical tools, you’ll learn healthier ways to express needs, listen with empathy, and navigate conflict without escalating it. Every relationship has the potential for growth. With the right support, couples can transform conflict into deeper understanding and build a more resilient partnership.

Whether you want to work through ongoing conflicts, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, or simply feel more connected and satisfied in your relationship, I offer support in building a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.

Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes, depending on the needs of the couple.
