Individual Therapy

What is individual therapy?

Are you struggling with a life transition? Unsure how to navigate family conflict? Trying to process past experiences but not sure where to start? These are all reasons to seek out therapy.

It’s understandable and normal to need help working through life’s challenges.

Everyone comes to therapy for a different reason. Some want to focus on past experiences, while others want to find reprieve from symptoms. Individual therapy takes place in a safe and nonjudgmental space, where you can be your authentic self. Therapy is a collaborative process, where the therapist guides and holds space for whatever the client may be experiencing. This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts and emotions. Individual therapy can help you process, heal, and grow. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes. I offer in-person and virtual appointments.

I offer a free 15-minute individual therapy phone consultation. This allows us to ensure we are the right fit for one another.
